Access to FE Workforce Return - anyone else with access issues?

I was keen this morning and wanted to check I could access the FE Workforce and Governor Return - should be open now, but the Tile isn't showing for me to access. Before I log a ticket, is it just me and others can get in?

Rachael please could you help me, I've got the active tile and can view the employee data, but they say incomplete and I don't have a function to update/edit the staff records.

As this appears to be a technical issue, you will need to submit an enquiry through the ESFA Enquiry Form.
