The 22-23 rules provide a list of eligible cost categories for Training Providers, but I can't see an equivalent for EPAs.
(IFATE uses these categories as part of their funding band calculation):
Administration of assessment
Guidance and support and materials
Assessment staff and premises
Internal Quality Assurance
Development and maintenance of assessment tools
Disabled access
Retake/resits
EQA charges
