Hi,
I am hoping someone can help me with this query, I have a learner who wishes to take maternity leave and has been on programme for almost a year, she is almost at gateway stage. After doing some delving it has come to light that she is not on the digital service account at all and no funding has been claimed, this was before my time. I have arranged her funding, however have hit a brick wall with the employer being out of the office and no one else having access to the DAS, the account ID I have is incorrect. Any suggestions what I can do about this? Even if I managed to sort the funding and the learner took Mat leave and returned, it means she would still have more or less a year to complete on programme before she is able to go through gateway.
