You need to repay the Employer's £500 (you can keep yours!) via EAS, details here:
The earnings adjustment statement guidance 2022 to 2023 - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)
will be (almost certainly!) either:
16-18 Apprenticeship (Employer on App Service) Non-Levy Funding Authorised Claims - Additional payments for employer
or
16-18 Apprenticeship (Employer on App Service) Levy Funding Authorised Claims - Additional payments for employer
and you need to put it in as -£500

We have an employer that isn't co-operating when we are trying to pay them the Youth Incentive. We have exhausted all options, however in a recent audit, our auditor mentioned that it had to be paid back to the ESFA?
How would we go about this, is there a code that needs to be entered into the ILR?
