16 to 19 Additional hours and tuition fund end of year upload

Hi All

I have been trying for the past 3 days to submit our 16 to 19 additional hours and tuition fund end of year submission (due by 12noon tomorrow).I have tried to do this via the EFSA update e-mail link to the online form and also via the e-mail link I had yesterday reminding everyone to submit before the deadline. Each time I log back in, all the information is saved, but each time I click submit, it tells me "please wait while the system is e-mailing the PDF" and then after 4 or 5 minutes another message pops up and says "This page isn't working right now".

I have tried doing this by logging on via different PC's and using different web browsers, but have the same problem each time. I've reported this to the Help desk 3 days ago, but still no response from them.

CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE

I was just about to create a similar post, when I follow the link to access the Tuition Fund form it just says 'sorry, there is a problem with the service'...

I have emailed the Service Desk but not sure how quickly they'll come back to me :-(

I've just this second had this back from ESFA service desk, but no help really !!!

Would recommend an email to your contract manager/territorial lead (assuming you have one/know who they are!) to let them know...

I had an email overnight to say the issue have been resolved, I've checked and it seems to be working fine for me now so hopefully it will for you too :-)
