I have 3 learners with the FRM20 code that I have double checked the details between the loan portal and the entry we have on PICs, and I cannot see any differences with the entries. I have checked the ULN, aim details and the learner details. I'm hoping for some guidance on what else could be causing this?

We have exactly the same issue, 11 errors showing under FRM20 code (2 learners appearing twice weirdly) but I cannot see why they would be flagging. The only unusual thing about them is they have a -1 in the Learner Reference Box. Did you get to the bottom of the issue?
