Hi there,
Not in my opinion as they will not meet the 3 year residency rule required to be funded via the ESFA.
- resided in the EEA, Switzerland, Gibraltar or the UK for at least the previous 3 years on the first day of learning and
Some visas override that rule rule such as refugee visa etc but if its a purely work visa then i would say no.
Kind regards

Good afternoon,
Please could let me know if a person who has been granted a 3-year visa is eligible for ESFA/GLA funding? I checked in the guidance, but cannot find anything related to this category, not sure if I was looking at the wrong place.
Please let me know
Glad
