College Discretion Funding Code for ILR - Adult Learner

We have an adult learner who we have used our discretion to qualify for adult funding for their course as they meet the two specified criteria in the funding regulations - however, there does not seem to be a funding indicator code which allows for this, we used code 04 - Unemployed and in receipt of income based benefit but that seems to have been disallowed when submitting the ILR - can anyone advise what code we should use please?
