We have a learner who started in March 23 and was due to be funded by levy transfer. It wasn't set up right in the employer's DAS account and so a stop was applied (from March 23) and a new DAS record was created using the transferred funds. The new record has a start date of March 23, but was created in May 23.
The learner is appearing on my co-investment report for March and April 23. Is this right? I thought that stopping and creating a new record would have removed the co-investment requirement but it hasn't. Is there anything else I should have done?
