R13 Clawback

Hi 

looking at the Apps monthly report we have had completion money clawed back.

These went to gateway prior to July 31st, but have since completed/achieved.

Is this due to the error around the achievement date being in the next contract year. 

Also does anyone know when and how the money is taken back as we still don't have a R13 FM36 summary.

Hi Ali

R13 clawback (or new income) should be rolled into your R02 payment. Despite many pleas over the years they can't/won't separate them out, so you'll need to look at the monthly payment reports to see what's changed for R13 and then add it to what's in R02.

That may explain, why our figures didn't add for R02.

Bang on, yes.

They produced a spreadsheet in previous years that was meant to help with this (and I'm sure it did help some people!!!) but I could never quite get my head around it, I like the month end reports ;)
