Good afternoon, just looking for a little advice please.
I spoke to one of our apprentices today who advised she has gone part-time since September 2023 and will potentially go back to full-time from April 2024. This is for childcare reasons. She is now doing around 3 hours a week on her apprenticeship. As this is a temporary arrangement, what changes ought we to put in place, or can notes just to added to this affect, knowing she will likely go beyond LPED.
She is currently only doing 3 hours a week on her course work.
