DLOCK_01/02

Created

Hi All,

Is anyone getting unusual DLOCK's at the moment?  I currently have multiple DLOCK_01 for the UKPRN not matching, and 02 for the ULN's not matching, but the details all match in the ILR and digital account?

I have raised a ticket with the helpdesk and it is with the technical team.  I am hoping I am not the only one as we don't normally get these type of errors, and it is strange that when I search by the ULN in both systems it brings the learners up, so it cannot be wrong surely.

Thanks

Lisa

They're not people you've taken on from somewhere else are they? That might make a bit of sense for 01? The ULNs ones are a bit more mysterious...

Thanks Steve, the 01 learners are brand new starts with us, and haven't done anything for a while before coming to us.  I just cannot fathom the ULN's as they show the learners in all systems, I even tried overtyping the info in our ILR and re-submitting just in case there was something I couldn't see a space or anything in there.  Hopefully the technical team will know what is going on.....

Yeah, that's proper weird. There's not another training provider with a similar name or anything that the employer could've picked instead of you? Clutching at straws here admittedly... Some kind of minor system burp probably more likely...

It is isn't it, the UKPRN issue is learners from 2 different employers as well, I could understand it a bit more if it was the same employer, and the ULN's are all different employers and a mix of Sept & Oct start dates.  I would like to think we didn't get it wrong that many times as we have 8 ULN's and 2 UKPN's at the moment.  I have everything crossed it is a system issue, thanks for your thoughts :)

Hi @.... I've also got mysterious DLOCK_02s for three new starters. I've checked ILR and reservations and they match. I've asked a colleague to query it with the help desk but it looks like you may get a response first so would you update the thread when you hear back?

Hi Louise,

Sorry but I am kind of pleased I am not the only one getting this (sorry).  Yes, my query is with the technical team at the moment, I will update this thread when I hear back from them, or if the system magically resolves itself!

Hi Lisa

I'm pleased its not just me either! I'll post too should I see or hear anything before you.

Hi Louise,

I haven't heard back from the helpdesk yet, but I have uploaded a file on Submit Learner Data this morning just to see if there was any changes, both of the different DLOCK's I was getting including the ULN's have now disappeared.  I imagine whatever was causing the issue in the background has now been resolved.

Hopefully if you submit yours will also go :)

Thank you @...! I haven't put another file through so I'll give it a go today!
