Do Independent Training Provider (ITP) Governors need DBS'S? In this instance they do not train or interact with any apprentices but advise the directorship once every quarter. Advice on governors in maintained schools is clear in that they require an enhanced dbs's but I cannot find any advice for ITP governors.
