I don't think they're *obviously* published (there's participation/application data). You'd have to delve into the raw tables here:

to see if there's a "has Loan" flag on, eg, the qual tables, but I'm not sure there is, so I don't think you can disaggregate the Loan learners from the L3 entitlement learners. Happy to be corrected!

So does anyone have an understanding of what the performance expectations are for Advanced Learner Loans around Achievement Rates?

Thinking from an ESFA and Ofsted perspective.

I'm not aware of ESFA setting/monitoring minimum ach rates for Loans (which seems a bit odd now I come to type it...). Ofsted *currently* don't put much truck in Ach Rates alone, but, as part of L&M discussions would expect you to know what yours are for any given qual and how this compares to sector averages, so I'd be using the big sheet that has the Ach rates for every qual, looking at the ones I offer and, in this circumstance, comparing them to the 19+ average as a good starting point.
