Hi Alison,
Any learner with a prior attainment below a full level 3 is fully funded under FCFJ, regardless of their employment status.
If they have a full level 3 or higher they are only eligible if in recipe of low wage or are unemployed in a receipt of a benefit. Where this is the case you also need to check their L3 was not funded previously by FCFJ.

Hi,
A little guidance needed....can someone whose prior attainment is FL2 or less but has stated on their enrolment form they are unemployed and not seeking work be enrolled under this offer?
