Hi, we have an apprentice who has withdrawn after completing 18 months of 24 month programme.
Are they able to restart and complete the remaining 6 months, or would they be classed as not having met minimum duration?

No, it's fine, this is basically what the restart flag is for! You add the two bits of learning together to determine the duration.
(when the new apps were initially introduced, it wasn't fine, but they changed the rule 4(?) years ago)
