Hi all, We have an apprentice who has been on programme and funded by a levy employer. They are now moving to Scotland and have asked if their employer can pay commercially, via their training budget. How do we update the ILR.? I assume we have to withdraw them and then restart using the funding model 99 so they are still recorded on the ILR but showing under the non-contracted apprenticeships activity?

Hiya, does the 50% rule not apply here, if they have already completed at least 50% and perhaps near EPA?
Spends at least 50% of their working hours in England over the duration of the apprenticeship.
