If a learner is 24+ unemployed, not in receipt of benefits and holds L3 and above are they eligible for funding.
Any Help would be appreciated

Need benefits to be classed as "Unemployed" and therefore eligible for national FCFJ. (As is traditional at this point) There are some CAs who are funding economically inactive/no benefits on L3 courses...
