Yes, on the basis that any app agreement can be used, providing it complies with the requirements set out within P60 (23/24) rules. It's less about the format than it is the content entered.
58.2. A template apprenticeship agreement is available on GOV.UK. Where an alternative template is used, the requirements of the legislation as described below (see paragraph 60) must be met when forming an apprenticeship agreement.

Just noticed there is a new Apprenticeship Agreement Template. We have about a 6 week lead into the paperwork being set up for new starts.
Do you think using the previous Apprenticeship Agreement up to end of November for new starts would be ok at audit. Then this new one from 1st December 2023?
Just seems to have the bold must extend AA if programme extended in bold added at the top so could argue old one still compliant! Surely would look odd to an auditor if your August starts has this one!?
