We have calculated the OTJ Training hours based on the reduced number of weeks, with a proportional value of statutory holiday deducted.
Surely if we are to also state the total OTJ training hours for the Apprenticeship standard prior to any reductions, then we will also have to consider an additional amount of proportional statutory holiday for the weeks that we are reducing for RPL. Thoughts.
