What provision has been made for the fixed cost of the EPA? Is the the 50% reduction for 'fixed costs' supposed to reflect this? Anyone?
There is only one EPA provider for one of the apprenticeships I deliver....there is no room for negotiation!

Yes, the idea is it only being 50% mitigates/offsets the fact that the EPA cost doesn't change for a learner with RPL (along with a variety of other fixed costs).
Lesser of several possible evils? Could've ended up with a calculation from hell...
