Hi,
Will the ESFA accept a certificate alone as evidence of learning with a functional skills provider, where the functional skills provider is detailed on the certificate and there are notes of basic communication between the apprenticeship provider and the functional skills provider?
I am trying to understand where there is risk of claw back due limited evidence of learning.
