Hello All,

When we do our reviews with learner and employer we record the whole thing and upload it to the learner management system as evidence.  We do not then spend wasted time typing up notes and sending it for signing. Our view is, what is more robust than an actual recording of the discussion?

If the employer is unable to attend the review the recording is sent to them on an electronic form to comment/contribute to and then sign in agreement.

I had a conversation with another provider who stated a signed document would be needed in all cases. Surely the above would be sufficient at audit?

Any thoughts?
