Depends slightly if it's Settled or Pre-settled, although Pre-settled are getting most of the rights of Settled over the next few months.
By definition, anyone with Settled must have been here three years and has no end date to their ability to stay here, so are definitely fine.
We're in a funny period right now where nearly everyone who is Pre-settled must have been here three years as well, but worth checking that. They've also recently had (or are about to have) an automatic extension:

Can someone confirm if the following status is eligible? I've checked the funding rules but can't confirm. I'm probably missing something obvious!
The learner can work in the UK. There is no limit on how long they can stay in the UK.
Legal basis:
This leave is issued in accordance with the EU exit separation agreements.
