Admin error correction for R04

We’ve identified an admin error and need some advice on how to correct it:
We have 5 AAT Apprentices that are enrolled onto the L3 standard and should be on the L2 standard from this year 2023/2024. They have been set up in DAS as level 3 as well and we have already received some in-year payments. Now we have identified the error, and corrected the merge issue, we would like to correct it for R04 and also get the DAS record changed. Any advice on how to do this, or if it is even possible please?
