Transfer of Learners
Created

We have recently taken over a batch of learners from a Training Provider that is no longer trading. All records for the learners have been recorded as Withdrawn.
The ILR data has been imported for the new transferred learners in preparation and we are updating paperwork and financial details but are dubious about the TNP 1 costs. Should the original TNP 1 figure be entered or a reduced amount taking into account the amount paid to the original Training Provider?
Thank you

You shouldn't be including any data from the old provider in your ILR (because you didn't deliver it). They are new learners with you, so you'll set your own TNPs (1 & 2) based on what's left to deliver.
