Maybe? More from a pedagogical point of view than a funding one? Or to ascertain if there's still gaps in their knowledge? Maybe not if it's the same teacher/details of their progress so far can be shared with the new teacher?
Either way, from a funding/audit point of view, I think immediate progression would mean you wouldn't need a new IA?

Hi, just after your thoughts on this
We have delivered an entry 3 FS in maths to a learner over a period of 3 weeks, they did initial assessment & came out as entry 2, the learner passes entry 3, the learner now wants to progress to Maths level 1, would you do another initial assessment (the learner has only initially done one approx 4 weeks ago)
