The work ex element of a Supported Internship is coded using the learning aim Z0002347 (as per ILR Spec). This is coded as the core aim.

Hi All,
Sorry to re-post but I asked about this a couple of weeks ago - Does anyone know for sure ? Last year we had the Qual as core but I've doubted myself after not finding anything to tell me it is correct.....
Can we just double check about coding for supported internship aims?
1) The Qualification Aim should be the 'CORE AIM' correct? (CODE 5)
2) The Supported Internship Aim which has the work record linked to it is NOT the core aim but a learning aim that is not part of a programme? (CODE 4)
Or is the supported internship aim meant to be the core aim (Code 5) ?
