Multiply ILR Errors

Hi

I have a number of ILR errors pertaining to Multiply learners. These errors are in relation to data that we do not collect for Multiply. Has anyone else had any issues with:

EmpStat_08 - An Employment status record ahs not been returned that applies prior to the Learning Start Date.

PlanLearnHours_01 - The planned Learning Hours have not been returned.

PriorAttain_01 - The prior attainment has not been returned.

Annoyingly, none of these three rules explicitly exclude Multiply right now, so will need returning I'm afraid.

EmpStat can be set to 98 - Not Known (with a start date *the day before* their earliest aim)

PriorAttain can similarly be set to Not Known

PlanLearnHours should be "real" but if you need them doing in a rush, it will accept 1 as a value...

(edit because 0 in planned hours will, in fact, error for FM99)

Hi Steve

We have Multiply learners with EmpStat 10, but we do not have their Employment Intensity details.

Would we be best off changing the EmpStat to 98?

I think I would? If you don't know how many hours they're working then you can't put 10, so 98 is the least worst solution (the other solution being "guess the number of hours"!!!)
