RPL for Apprentice resuming their Apprenticeship

Created

None

Hope someone can advise.  We have a apprentice who has resumed their apprenticeship after being withdrawn previously.  They were initially on an 18 month practical period and are resuming with only 2 months practical training period remaining.  However when I have recorded the RPL from the previous episode in the Training Provider Account for the learner including 1) Off-the-job training time reduction due to prior learning & 2) reducing the actual apprenticeship duration to RPL I am getting a error message "There is a problem" The remaining off-the-job training is below the minimum 278 hours required for funding.

Do I therefore need to record No RPL along with the reduced negotiated price on the apprenticeship account and record the reduced negotiated price, duration and remaining Off the Job training hours on the ILR with the original start date?

I do hope this makes sense.

We found this Apprenticeship Service webinar really useful for BiL & TAS:-
