Address information

Edited

None

Just a quick query,

Do we actually need the addresses for 3 years or is it just a self declaration (for IK and foreign applications

I can't find anything about the evidence required to prove 3 years of address history

I am not asking about eligibility, share codes etc just the requirement of having address information

Any help or direction to where I can find it in the funding rules would be great

There were some ESF projects in the past were POA (proof of address) was required but generally speaking for AEB and Apps you don’t need it. We generally take the learners word for it that is where they live.

Obviously if they are in receipt of benefits and you check this evidence as part of your enrolment process than you can verify their address at that time.

Thanks Kelly :)

The learner had declared 10+ years in the UK but only supplied an address to cover 2 years. I was really asking if we need to  chase the address (for the other year) or just accept that they lived in the uk for all their life.
