DLOCK_07 issues

Hi all,
I'm after some advice please - we have some DLOCK_07s arising from last submission and when i contacted the helpdesk their reply was the following:-
Mismatches for prices (DLOCK_07) will trigger if prices are removed or amended between academic years. Duplicate price records should not be input. The most recent training and assessment price records are added together to match against the total cost on the employer record.
I have viewed you first learner and can confirm the following has been recorded:-
R14 (22/23)
TNP1 22/02/23 £4742
TNP2 22/02/23 £900
R04 (23/24)
TNP1 22/02/23 £7100
TNP2 22/02/23 £900
TNP3 18/09/23 £4742
TNP4 18/09/23 £900
You will need to include the original prices at R14 for all the learner's with DLOCK_07 and add any new/correct price records from or after the 1 August 2023.
I'm not sure what is meant by this - the only thing I can see is that learners started new jobs in Aug/Sept, but we weren't able to complete the change of employer / update DAS until after R14 was submitted, so am not sure what my next steps are now. If it helps we use Bud for our ILR and the dates of starting with their employer and TNP3/4 new values are correct.

Hi Tracey, your TNP1 should be the same on R14 and R04 - I pretty sure thats where the issue lies
Thanks Laura, I understand what you are saying but as the employer change only went through in 23/24 for 22/23 I think this may be where the issues lies in our Bud ILR data return.......will pick this up with them....
