Funding is spread over 2 years because T Levels are 2 year programmes.

Hi all, does anybody have any links to further information with regards to how T levels are funded and when we receive funding for those that span 2 years?
Do we receive the full 2 years funding in year 1 or is this spread out across the 2 years?
