We have asked a number of our apprentices to complete the rate my apprenticeship online questionnaire.
However a few are receiving this error message below. It shows that they have confirmed their record so unsure why the below is showing? They have been on programme for longer than 3 months and started on Feb 2022. Anyone help please?
If your current apprenticeship is not listed this may be because your training provider hasn't yet submitted the required data to your learner record
