We did all that and Ofsted were still not happy. The employers must be really involved in the planning of the apprenticeship and the sequencing of activities, what ideas do they have of their own, plan for the entire programme, revisit and replan for short and long term. comprehensive planning with clear direction and for English and maths regardless of if they require it. We have skills scans at the start and throughout the programme, must evidence this and the discussions held around them as part of the constant planning.

Evidencing employer discussion - outcome of IA

Morning All
Just wondering if anybody would like to share what they are doing regarding evidencing employer discussion after completing the initial assessment. We have embedded the conditions listed in paragraphs 53 and 54 into the training plan and the training plan is discussed, agreed and shared with the employer at induction. Is this enough? I don't really want to create another form if I don't have to.
Thank you!
