Hi Steve, yes I was pretty certain this was the case too. However on the co-investment report for this learner there has been no reconciliation after the month they left e.g. a minus number which we would usually see if we recorded the withdrawal a few months after it happened. So it still has a figure there to charge them for that month, if that makes sense?

If an apprentice withdraws mid-way through the month e.g. 16th November 2023 and they are non-levy employer, would they still be required to pay November's co-investment as they were not in learning for a full calendar month?
