RPL on DAS - Provider Transfer Learner

We have a learner who is a Training provideer Transfer.
The Employer has correctly done DAs as a provider transfer and sennt the cohort for us to compllete.
This learner is well through his apprenticeship so the LOS and OJT are well below the minimum recomended levels
My question is:-, for a provider transfer do we actually record RPL on DAS, TP and AA even though the learner is continuimg his apprenticeship and will be completing the full OJT / LOS? We are only claiming the remaining funding
The new RPL page on DAS will not let us add the remaining OJT as it errors (below the minimum required)
If we do record remaining OJT how do we do this on DAS if it will not accept the reduced total?
Surely DAS should recognise we are doing a provider transfer and should take this into account (I would assume it will also error for employer changes)
