Change of Employer - Co-investment to 100% Gov funded
Created
Hi all,
We have a student who was 16 when they started their apprenticeship, with an employer who had 50+ employees. The funding we went with was through co-investment.
Now they are changing employers and moving to an employer with less than 50 employers, now age 17.
I just wanted to confirm if we are correct in thinking that their new agreement with the new employer will be funded 100% by the government?
Thank you

Hi,
That is my understanding, the original co-investments is just adjusted to the amount owed for period with them (refund where relevant) and the other is 100% funded if meets criteria.
