Interested to hear whether other L6/7 apprenticeship providers charge employers for costs associated with repeated units or absorb the costs themselves. We offer free resit opportunities but charge for the repeat of a whole unit for non-apprentice students. Obviously apprentices cannot be asked to financially contribute to these costs so should the burden then pass to the employer?
