Fantastic, thanks Martin West. Not a new rule then, just the same, they must have picked their EPAO before 6 months of their practical period end date, as I thought.

Good morning everyone,
I have been informed by an EPAO this morning that the ESFA has set a new rule regarding EPAO. They informed me that the ESFA are now saying that training providers must have a relationship with the EPAO for a minimum of 6 months before putting someone through gateway? I have checked the funding rules and looked for any updates regarding this but can't find anything. Has anyone else heard anything? I didn't know if they were just trying to ensure we sign up with them or if it is something I just can't find?
