We have a situation where the FS Delivery Partner we engaged were affiliated with another ITP that was on the APAR and in December the ITP registered on the APAR went gone into liquidation.
Is it acceptable working practice to continue working with the FS Delivery Partner, while they are waiting to be invited to the APAR or not?
