I'm almost but not quite joking when I suggest just sticking it through the Service Desk? They'll get a "receipt" to show they've done it and are therefore meeting contractual requirements, and, if they've no named contact, I'm not sure what else they can do?
(see I partly write answers like this to goad ESFA staff into telling us the real answer but they rarely take the bait...)

Change of senior management personnel

Hi,
One of my Apprenticeship provider clients has not yet been assigned a designated point of contact at the ESFA but they wish to notify the ESFA of changes in their senior management team, as per the T&Cs of their contract (a change of control appears to include a change in the top two tiers of management). Is anyone with experience or knowledge of this able to advise how this notice should be served?
