FEW failing?

Is anyone else getting "Failed" when trying to upload to FEW? I've managed to get one through earlier but I know it's got loads of incorrect data. Having done the corrections I'm getting "Failed" agaimst every one in the reports column. Ticket raised but helpdesk just saying it may be their server overloaded and to keep trying!
