FE Workforce Report Failed

I've used the ESFA Desktop app to produce an XML file to upload. All seems fine. When I upload the reports page just says report failed with no explanation. Is it just the website having trouble? Anyone got any clues?

Consensus appears to be "um, just leave it for a bit and it might be OK"...

Submit Learner Data Team (ESFA)

We have been experiencing some file failures due to the volume of data.

We are monitoring this and re-processing the files - so the consus is correct if you leave it, it will process.

We had this all day Thursday. I tried probably 30 times and all failed. Oddly out of desperation I got a colleague who also has a SLD account to try and went straight through. I wondered if it blocks too many tries from 1 IP address. Very frustrating portal. Our never corrected themselves just sat there (and still are) as "failed"

I was advised to wait and it eventually processed, despite the original claim that the reports had failed. I feel that is misleading and it would be better if it said it was backlogged.
