Change of Employer 30 days, 31-84, 85+
Edited
Hello,
Just want to confirm the below, please let me know if anything is incorrect.
Change of employment under 30 days stays on the same enrolment/apprenticeship in our internal system
If they have not found employment on the 30th day, they go on a BIL.
If they find employment after 30 days but before the 84th day (end of 12 weeks) we can restart them on the same apprenticeship they were previously on (do we change their BIL to a withdrawal at this point or leave as a BIL? I believe they stay as a BIL in this case).
If they do not find employment on the 84th day they become a withdrawal.
If they then find a new employer after the 84th day, they become a new sign up with their prior learning taken into account?
Thank you.

You leave the BIL as a BIL at that point! If you change it to a withdrawal it doesn't help us fiddle the retention rates which, after all, was the only reason this change was introduced!
