ILR/DAS End Date - Past Planned End
Created
Hello,
What is the best course of action in this situation:
We have a student who has gone past his planned end date by a month and has changed his employer. This change of employ has taken place within 30 days so we'd keep him on his same data line/enrolment in our ILR rather than a restart etc.
As we are not allowed to change the planned end date in the ILR, we will keep that the same. But to get a new up-to-date record in the DAS, we will have to put a new end date in that differs from the one we are submitting in the ILR (because you cannot put a new end date that is in the past).
Will this cause a data lock if the new DAS record (done through the change of employer process) has a different end date to the one we are submitting in the IRL.
Thank you

There isn't a DLOCK on end date (which isn't to say this will definitely be fine, but that shouldn't stop it!)
Hi, I think the DAS would have the planned EPA date not the PED. Even if they passed the PED but still on track to do the EPA in time, it wouldn't affect the end date on DAS.
