@... - Does the Payments report indicate that payments have been processed for the anticipated apprentices in the current month, and are there deductions or clawbacks for withdrawn learners? While it might align with your mention of remittance offsetting each other, it's advisable to verify this on the payments report. If the payments are not reflected against learners, it's recommended to address the issue with the appropriate parties.
Hi Sarah
Yes our Period End reports are showing the earnings and the payments for the 2 apprentices earned in November. We can not see them on the November or December remittance though. The clawback amount is the same as the expected additional payment income which made me wonder if this is why our Finance team have no sight of the income. I am therefore struggling to get the employer payments made.
Thanks

Additional Payments - remittance and clawback
Created
In December, we were expecting to receive an Additional Payment for 2 x Apprentices. so a total of £2000 (£500 for the employer and £500 for us as the provider for each). We were also expecting a clawback of £2000 for apprentices who withdrew (and whose additional payment was paid in the previous month).
The December remittance does not show any Additional Payment income. Would this be because the clawback amount is equal to the income amount?
Or should se see income (Additional Payments) and then minus figures (separately) for the clawed back money?
Thanks
