Query of whether the following scenario would be classed as subcontracting/would be eligible:
Using a Training Company to deliver the KSB's of the qualification (training company invoicing for cost of delivery), and the main training provider doing the portfolio building/EPA Prep and English and math's
Would this be classed as subcontracting?
Would the EPA Prep/virtual sessions and EPA prep be sufficient to be classed as in the definition of 'delivering apprenticeship training and/or on programme assessment'?

Yes 100% subcontracting.
What % of learners generally need English and maths as if it’s low I wonder if EPA prep would be too minimal and could be classed as token delivery.
