Hi,
We have a handful of learners that state they have an EHC at enrolment but often evidence is found/obtained after the start date.
I'm assuming this can be added to the ILR once the most recent copy has been received? What date should be added to the ILR, start date or date received?

There's no date on the ECHP flag, it's just yes/no at learner level?
