Hello,
We have an incentive payment for an employer that we have not been able to send to them, and not from a lack of trying on our part. I am happy that we have the evidence to show our attempts and know we need to send back to the ESFA via the EAS. But do I also need to return the provider element as I am returning the employer incentive?
